| Obverse description | Printed in red on plain paper, the obverse is framed by a border with classical columns on either side and foliate ornaments in the upper corners. The Portuguese municipal coat of arms appears at top center beneath the arched issuer legend, with the denomination "1 CENTAVO" repeated in two lower corner panels flanking the town name. A manuscript serial number and the facsimile signature of the President are applied below the deliberation text at center. |
