| Obverse description | Printed in blue on cream paper, the obverse is framed by an ornate lace-like guilloche border with the initials C.M.V.N.F. repeated at the corners. A ribbon scroll at top center bears the inscription CAMARA MUNICIPAL flanked by the Portuguese municipal arms within a circular vignette, above the full municipal name DE VILLA NOVA DE FOZCOA. The denomination numeral 1 appears within a guilloché circle at lower left alongside the word CENTAVO, with a handwritten signature of the President of the Chamber and a serial number box at the bottom. |
