Reverse description A bare-shouldered bust of a Native American woman personifying Liberty faces left, wearing an elaborate feathered headdress with detailed plumage and ornamental braiding at the nape. The engraver's initials HP appear in small relief below the truncation. The denomination UN CENTAVO arcs along the upper left periphery, while 3 GRAMOS arcs along the upper right, each legend flanked by a six-pointed star. The date 1963 is inscribed in the lower field, flanked by two additional stars.
