| Obverse description | Printed in blue on cream paper, the note is framed by a decorative border with fan and rosette motifs and the abbreviated legend C.M.A. repeated at the corners and sides. A central ribbon banner carries the issuer name, above which sits a vignette of the municipal coat of arms with a tree and fleurs-de-lis on a shield, flanked by foliate ornaments.
