Obverse description The obverse displays the Coat of Arms of Belize centrally positioned within the field, featuring two woodcutters as supporters flanking a quartered shield beneath a mahogany tree, all enclosed within a wreath of olive branches. The national motto appears on a scroll at the base of the arms. The legend BELIZE arcs across the upper field, with the date 1984 positioned in the lower field. A continuous beaded inner border follows the contour of the twelve-notched scalloped flan.
