| 备注 |
SimMS, Inc. was one of dozens of American promotional scrip issuers operating in the mid-twentieth century, producing small-denomination paper certificates redeemable at specific retail locations as a customer loyalty or change-making device. Colorado Springs supported a modest but active local scrip economy, and these cents-denomination pieces were almost always short-lived — redeemed quickly or simply discarded, which accounts for their relative scarcity today despite once circulating in genuine volume.
