| 备注 |
Jersey Gold Creameries operated out of Shreveport during the Depression years, and these milk coupons functioned as fractional scrip within a closed retail loop — customers purchasing dairy products could receive change in coupon form rather than coin. The practice was widespread across American dairies and grocers during the early 1930s when small-denomination coin was hoarded or simply unavailable in sufficient quantity for daily retail transactions.
The seven-year span of issue suggests continuous use rather than a single emergency printing.
