| Aanvullende informatie |
The omission of "Emperor of India" from George VI's titulature on this issue followed Indian independence in 1947 and the subsequent Royal Titles Act of 1948, which stripped the imperial designation from British coinage worldwide. British Honduras was among the last territories to cycle out the older "ET IND IMP" dies entirely, meaning both title variants briefly circulated alongside one another in Belize City markets during the transitional years.
