| Reverse description | Plain reverse field displaying the mint name in two Manchu script words divided vertically by the central square hole, reading from top to bottom on each side. The Manchu characters ᠪᠣᠣ (Boo) appear to the right of the hole and ᠴᡠᠸᠠᠨ (chuwan) to the left, identifying the Chengdu mint (Sichuan province). The legends are cast in relief against a smooth, slightly concave field, framed by a raised inner and outer rim consistent with standard Qing dynasty cash production. |
