| Reverse description | Plain reverse centred on a square perforation, with two Manchu (Jurchen) script characters flanking the central hole: 'Boo' (ᠪᠣᠣ) to the left and 'U' (ᡠ) to the right, together forming the Manchu rendering of the mint name 'Boo-u' (户, Board of Revenue). The characters are cast in raised relief against a flat field. The surface shows typical casting texture consistent with Qing-era Board of Revenue mint production, with a plain outer rim. |
