Obverse description Plain annular bronze disc with a large central circular perforation occupying approximately half the coin's diameter. The broad flat rim is devoid of any inscriptions, devices, or decorative elements, presenting a completely blank field on this face. The surface exhibits the characteristic casting texture of Wang Mang-era coinage, with minor flow lines and patination consistent with ancient Chinese bronze production. This uniface type, known as Huo Quan, was issued during the fifth monetary reform of the Xin dynasty and bears its legend solely on the reverse.
