| Reverse description | Central square hole with two Manchu script characters arranged vertically on either side, reading 'Boo-i' (ᠪᠣᠣ ᡳ), denoting the Ili mint. A crescent symbol, oriented with the opening facing upward, appears above the square perforation in the upper field. The reverse field is otherwise plain, consistent with Qing cash coinage of the Xinjiang region. The crescent mintmark distinguishes this variety from standard Ili mint issues. |
