Reverse description The Sudarshana Chakra (discus of Vishnu) rendered as a six-pointed star formed by two interlaced triangles, centrally placed within the field and enclosed by a beaded circular border. A central pellet marks the hub of the chakra, and the interstices of the star are defined by incuse triangular sections. The beaded border runs along the full inner periphery of the coin, framing the sacred emblem that served as the dynastic symbol of the Travancore royal house.
