Reverse description Plain reverse featuring a central square hole (穿) enclosed by a raised inner rim, with a completely blank, flat field devoid of any inscription, symbol, or decorative element. A raised outer rim encircles the reverse. The uniface design is consistent with iron cash coinage of the late Northern Song period, where reverse embellishment was frequently omitted, particularly on lower-denomination iron issues.
