| Obverse description | Bare-headed, draped bust of Elector Charles Albert facing right, wearing a voluminous curled periwig rendered in fine baroque detail. A small six-pointed star mint mark appears below the truncation in the lower field. The circumferential Latin legend, reading the Elector's titles and abbreviated dignities, is divided by the bust and runs continuously around the coin periphery. |
