Description de l’avers Black print; red and blue overstamps. At the top, vertical denomination, inside frame of scrollwork with Chrysanthemum Seals and 5-7 Paulownia Seals. At the bottom, vertical inscriptions inside frame of two dragons, reads from right to left column. Red stamped circle seal on denomination. Blue stamped rectangle seal inbetween top and bottom frames.
