| Beschrijving voorzijde | Left-facing draped bust of Emperor Hailé Selassié I, wearing an ornate imperial crown surmounted by a cross finial and a flowing veil, his robe richly decorated with elaborate filigree and a pectoral cross visible at center. The effigy occupies the central field with fine portrait detail. A continuous legend in Ge'ez script reading 'Hailé Selassié I, King of Kings of Ethiopia' runs along the upper and lower periphery, separated by decorative dot stops. The entire design is framed by a beaded border. |
