Obverse description The obverse is printed in black, with a vignette of the youthful King Rama VIII (Ananda Mahidol) in bust, facing half-left, positioned at left. A Garuda device appears at the upper centre, serving as the state emblem. An underprint of red to orange floral motifs fills the centre of the note.
