Obverse description Left-facing effigy of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) rendered in high relief, depicted in military uniform adorned with epaulettes and multiple decorations including medals and a sash visible across the chest. The portrait is unframed and occupies the central field, with a decorative beaded inner border encircling the design. The Thai legend identifying the king's name and reign appears to the left and right of the effigy in raised Thai script.
