| 备注 |
The Provincia de Tucumán issued this note under Argentina's emergency provincial currency framework, which allowed individual provinces to print their own austral-denominated paper during the chronic federal cash shortages of the late 1980s. These quasi-banknotes circulated alongside federal issues as a practical necessity — the central government simply could not keep provincial economies supplied with physical currency during the inflationary spiral that saw annual rates exceed 3,000% by 1989.
Tucumán's issues are among the more frequently encountered provincial quasi-monedas from this period, reflecting the province's size and its sugar industry payroll demands.
