Obverse description	Multicolour note with a teal guilloche underprint occupying the right two-thirds of the face, carrying a faint vignette of Juan Facundo Quiroga at right, his name inscribed vertically along the right margin. The central field bears the provincial coat of arms flanked by two manuscript signatures above the titles MINISTRO DE HACIENDA Y O.P. and GOBERNADOR, with the legend AL PORTADOR Y A LA VISTA. The left stub panel displays a barcode, a geometric colour-register device in red and teal, and the vertical inscription UN AUSTRAL against a multicoloured guilloche background, with SERIE C and the serial number printed in black.
