Obverse description Facing bust of Bishop Dietrich II Damerow in high relief, depicted within a beaded inner circle, wearing a mitre adorned with a cross at its apex. The bishop's face is rendered in a crude but expressive medieval style, with flowing vestments visible at the shoulders. A Gothic trefoil or decorative motif flanks the bust to the left. The circumferential legend in uncial Latin reads ✠ TIDEeICVS · EPVS ·, identifying the issuer as Dietrich, Bishop. The flan is irregular and slightly clipped, characteristic of hammered medieval Baltic coinage.
