Reverse description Obverse field dominated by a multi-line Arabic Naskh inscription in an interlaced circular composition, naming the issuing ruler. The central field reads 'al-Sultan al-Muzaffar Muhammad' within flowing calligraphic lines, surrounded by a vegetal or geometric interlace border. A secondary marginal legend in cursive Arabic script encircles the entire design, containing pious formulae and additional royal titulature. The flan is irregular and slightly uneven, consistent with hand-struck Muzaffarid silver coinage of the mid-14th century. The relief is bold with deeply incised lettering characteristic of Iranian hammered dinars of this period.
