The curved Cyrillic legend 'АЦҚЬА СИМОН КАНАНИТ ИЗКУ АФОН ҾЫЦТӘИ АНЫХА' runs along the upper rim. In the lower exergue, the inscription 'IX-X ашə.' denotes the cathedral's construction period as the 9th–10th century. |
