To the left of the cathedral stands an ornate processional cross on a tall staff, and to the right an open book, symbolizing scripture. The curved Cyrillic legend 'НАНҲӘА ИАЗКУ МЫҚӘ-НЫХА' arcs across the upper field, and the inscription 'Х ашә.' (10th century) appears in the lower exergue. |
