| Obverse description | Within a double-ruled circle, the central device features the Jaipur state symbol known as the 'Jhar' (a stylized branch or floral emblem) prominently displayed in the field. A Devanagari (Nagari) legend encircles the central device reading 'Maharajadhiraj Sawai Man Singh 2', with the regnal date appearing in the lower portion of the circle. The entire composition is enclosed within an ornate multifoil border, characteristic of Jaipur princely state coinage of this period. |
