Obverse description Three heraldic shields of arms arranged two over one, flanked on either side by upright laurel branches forming a decorative border. The upper left shield bears a quartered design, the upper right displays a mitre, and the lower central shield carries a striped or barry field. The composition is rendered in low relief typical of small German silver coinage of the late seventeenth century.
