Reverse description The reverse features a wreath of laurel or olive branches encircling the central inscription, which is arranged in three lines: the numeral I flanked by small star or rosette ornaments above, followed by ALBVS in the middle register, and the date in Arabic numerals below, with the mint-master's initials beneath the date. The open wreath is tied at the base. A milled border frames the entire design, consistent with the obverse treatment.
