Obverse description Central field bears a three-line Arabic Kufic legend arranged horizontally, reading the Shahada and the ruler's name, all contained within a circular dotted border. The inscription is struck in relief on a flat, unadorned flan typical of Qarakhanid copper coinage. The legends are bold but show characteristic irregularities of hand-struck provincial issue. The field surrounding the inscription is plain, with no additional decorative elements. The coin exhibits the irregular flan shape and wear consistent with hammered copper dirhams of the period.
