Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field dominated by a large Arabic tughra-style monogram of Imam Yahya rendered in bold, interlaced calligraphy within a circular inner border. The Arabic legends reading 'Al-Imam / Yahya / 1322' are disposed around and within the monogram. The coin is framed by a border of small six-pointed stars arranged around the circumference, characteristic of Yemeni Zaidi coinage of this period. The overall design is typical of the hammered coinage tradition, with irregular flan and bold relief.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse features bold Arabic calligraphic inscriptions densely filling the field, reading 'Nasr min Allah wa fath qarib / Duriba fi' (Victory from God and imminent conquest / Struck in), arranged in multiple registers. A curved cartouche or crescent-shaped dividing line separates the upper and lower inscription bands. The legends are struck in high relief on an irregularly shaped hammered flan, with no border ornaments, consistent with the artisanal minting practices of the Sana'a Mint during the early Imamate period.
