Obverse description Central field bears the Jodhpur jhar (tree) symbol accompanied by a daroga mark, surrounded by a Persian/Urdu legend reading 'Ba-zaman-i-mubarak George V Pancham Shah-i-Inglistan Emperor-i-Hindustan,' invoking the auspicious reign of George V, King of England and Emperor of India. The inscription is rendered in Devanagari and/or Urdu script in a circular arrangement around the central device. The overall style is characteristic of hammered Rajput princely coinage, with irregular flan shaping typical of the period.
