Obverse description Octagonal hammered gold flan with a bold beaded border following the eight-sided periphery. The central field bears the royal name and honorific epithet in Bengali script, reading 'sri sri Rajesvara', rendered in deeply incused raised characters typical of Ahom coinage. A decorative floral or pellet motif appears in the upper portion of the field above the legend. The overall style is characteristic of the Ahom kingdom's indigenous minting tradition, with bold, slightly irregular lettering filling the available field.
