| Obverse description | Persian legend in Naskh script occupying the central field, partially off-flan, citing the Mughal imperial titulature of Shah Alam II. The inscription, arranged in multiple lines, reads the auspicious coin legend attributing sovereignty to the emperor. A cut mark is visible along the lower portion of the flan, consistent with contemporary testing or clipping practices common to hammered Mughal-style coinage. |
