Descrizione del dritto	The central vignette displays the heraldic shield of Stolp in Pomerania: a rampant griffin in red over a blue-and-white wavy field. Text panels in Fraktur script flank the shield on the left and right, with an orange ground panel at the bottom bearing the account designation and a six-digit serial number. The note is framed by a double-rule border with a thin blue outer rule.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse is dominated by a large letterpress portrait vignette of Heinrich von Stephan, the Pomeranian-born founder of the Universal Postal Union, rendered in bold black line work on a cream ground. Denomination panels of '1.50 Mark' in blue and orange appear at upper left and upper right, with orange text panels carrying a regional verse in Fraktur script on both lateral sides. The note bears the patent registration 'D.R.G.M. 795679' at the foot.
