Reverse description The reverse reproduces the equestrian type of the historic Portuguese Morabitino gold coin, depicting a crowned armoured king on horseback facing right, sword raised in the right hand, in the bold, stylised manner characteristic of medieval Iberian coinage. The horse and rider are rendered in high relief with deliberately archaic, flat modeling consistent with 13th-century die-cutting traditions. A circular Gothic-style legend surrounds the central device within a beaded border, referencing the original medieval inscription. The engraver's signature R. VASQUEZ and the mint mark INCM appear in small letters in the lower field.
