| Obverse description | Central field occupied by a bold multi-line Persian legend in Naskh script, reading 'Sikka mubarak Badshah ghazi Shah Jahan' with the regnal year indicator '113X' and the fractional denomination '1/5th' incorporated within the inscription. The legend is arranged in a characteristic Mughal cartouche format, with decorative floral or pellet ornaments visible in the upper portion of the field.
