Obverse description Central field occupied by a bold multi-line Persian legend in Naskh script, reading 'Sikka mubarak Badshah ghazi Shah Jahan' with the regnal year indicator '113X' and the fractional denomination '1/5th' incorporated within the inscription. The legend is arranged in a characteristic Mughal cartouche format, with decorative floral or pellet ornaments visible in the upper portion of the field. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with hammered coinage of the period. The overall presentation follows the standard Mughal epigraphic style, with no figurative imagery.
