Obverse description Central field dominated by a multi-line Persian legend in bold Nasta'liq calligraphy, occupying the full face of the coin. The inscription, rendered in high relief, contains the royal titles and name of Fath Ali Shah Qajar. The field is enclosed by a beaded inner border, with a further ornamental border of alternating floral rosettes and scrollwork encircling the periphery. The overall design is characteristic of early Qajar hammered coinage, with the script arranged in three sweeping horizontal registers.

Reverse description The reverse displays a concise multi-line Persian legend in Nasta'liq script, arranged in three registers within the central field, indicating the mint name Tabriz and the regnal year. The inscriptions are set in high relief against a flat field and enclosed within a plain recessed circle, itself surrounded by a prominent beaded border running along the coin's entire circumference. The composition is typical of Qajar-era fractional silver coinage, with a clean, uncluttered layout focused entirely on the calligraphic text.
