Cabinda is an Angolan exclave separated from the mainland by a strip of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and it has no independent monetary system — Angola's kwanza is the currency there. The "Republic of Cabinda" is a phantom state claimed by the FLEC separatist movement, which has issued fantasy coins like this one through private mints with no issuing authority, no circulation, and no legal tender status anywhere on earth.
