| 背面描述 | The reverse presents a three-line denominational inscription in Roman capitals occupying the full field: '48' on the first line, flanked by floral ornaments, followed by 'I: REICHS' on the second line, and 'THALER' on the third line, with decorative rosette stops below. The legend identifies the coin's value as one forty-eighth of a Reichsthaler. A beaded border frames the design. |

Charles Frederick was still an infant in 1703 — born in 1700, he wouldn't begin his troubled reign as Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorp in any meaningful capacity until after his regency period. This tiny fractional issue was struck under regency administration as the duchy navigated the opening pressures of the Great Northern War, which would eventually see Danish forces occupy the territory entirely by 1713.
