Obverse description Bare male head facing right, draped at the shoulder with a mantle fastened by a fibula. The effigy is rendered in a provincial Hellenistic style characteristic of Iberian coinage of the second century BC, with schematic facial features visible despite heavy patination. The flan is irregular and the relief somewhat flat, consistent with the small module and hammered technique of this fractional issue. No legend or border ornament is present in the field.
