| Obverse description | Draped bust of Duke Christian of Liegnitz-Brieg facing right, wearing a lace collar and armor with ornamental shoulder detail, his long curled hair falling to his shoulders in the Baroque fashion. The portrait is rendered in high relief with fine engraving capturing naturalistic facial features including a moustache. A beaded inner border frames the bust, with the circumferential Latin legend CONSTANTER. ET. SINCERE.
