| Obverse description | Stylized male head facing right, rendered in the characteristic La Tène artistic tradition with bold, schematic relief. The hair is arranged in three large sweeping locks radiating from the crown, rendered as deeply incised sinuous ridges. Beaded cordwork encircles the head, likely representing a torque or decorative band. The facial features are summarily modeled, with a prominent brow and elongated nose visible in profile. The entire composition fills the irregular flan with vigorous, expressive Celtic craftsmanship. |

Above the horse, the vestigial remains of a human head terminating a beaded cord are visible, a common motif among Osismic coinage. Between the legs of the horse, the architectural facade of a structure interpreted as a temple or tent is rendered in schematic form, giving this type its distinguishing epithet.
