| Reverse description | A large radiant sun occupies the centre of the field, with multiple straight rays emanating from a raised central boss, interspersed between the rays with small fleurs-de-lis or trefoil ornaments arranged in a rosette pattern, giving the type its designation as a Rose Noble. A beaded inner circle frames the central device, beyond which the Latin legend runs along the outer periphery with the date split as 15 79. The overall composition is bold and symmetrical, characteristic of the hammered coinage of the Habsburg Netherlands. |
