| 背面描述 | A lily cross occupies the central field, with a rosette ornament placed in each of the four quarters formed by the arms of the cross. The central motif is enclosed within an inner beaded circle, around which runs a Latin legend in uncial script, with a second beaded ring bordering the outer rim. The design reflects the devotional and heraldic conventions common to Scandinavian ecclesiastical coinage of the period. |

Håkon Magnusson was Duke of Oslo from 1280 and did not become king until 1299, meaning this issue was struck under ducal — not royal — authority, a relatively unusual circumstance in medieval Norwegian coinage. The Oslo mint operated intermittently and at small scale during this period, which accounts for the extreme fragility and rarity of surviving specimens at this denomination. At 0.24 g, these were among the smallest silver coins produced in medieval Scandinavia, and losses to soil and wear were catastrophic.
