| Descrizione del dritto | A large capital letter N in bold Roman majuscule occupies the central field, rendered in high relief with pronounced strokes characteristic of medieval hammered bracteate technique. The letter is enclosed within a raised inner circle, itself surrounded by a second concentric raised circle forming a double border. The flan is thin and irregular at the edges, as typical of bracteate coinage. No legend is present; the monogram alone serves as the sole device. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | As a bracteate, the reverse presents the incuse mirror image of the obverse design, showing the capital letter N in negative relief within a double concentric circle border. The surface is characteristically shallow and unworked, with the flan's irregular outline visible around the periphery. This anonymous bracteate is attributed to the reign of King Sverre Sigurdsson (r. 1177-1202), struck without a royal name or additional legend. |
