Beschrijving voorzijde Central field occupied by a dense, multi-line Arabic religious legend executed in bold nastaʿlīq calligraphy, the strokes interspersed with raised pellet ornaments that serve as decorative punctuation. The inscription is contained within a scalloped or lobed cartouche, itself surrounded by a plain linear border. The irregular flan, typical of hand-struck Zand-period gold, shows the characteristic high-relief striking with flat, unadorned peripheral areas. The overall design reflects the purely epigraphic tradition of late Zand coinage, with no figural or geometric elements beyond the calligraphic field.

Beschrijving keerzijde Central field bearing a two-line Arabic mint and attribution legend in nastaʿlīq script, set within a circular border and surrounded by a broad flat band. The outer rim is decorated with a prominent ring of raised pellets or beads forming a continuous border around the circumference, a hallmark feature of Zand-dynasty gold coinage struck at Shiraz. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with hammered production. Additional traces of calligraphic legend appear in the lower field, likely containing the regnal year or supplementary mint formula.
