| Obverse description | Central rectangular cartouche containing the royal name and title in bold Arabic script, surrounded by a floral or knotwork border device. The field outside the cartouche is filled with additional Arabic inscriptions arranged in the quarters, typical of Shaybanid epigraphic coinage. The overall design is executed in the hammered style, resulting in a slightly irregular flan with raised Arabic lettering throughout the visible surface. |
