Obverse description Right-facing crowned bust of Emperor Maximilian I, depicted in the Renaissance style adapted from the original circa 1508 Guldiner type, wearing an elaborate imperial crown with flowing long hair cascading over draped shoulders. The effigy occupies the central field with bold, high relief characteristic of early large silver coinage. The circumferential Latin legend reads MAXIMILIANVS·ROMANOR IMPERATOR, interrupted by the date 2010 to the left of the bust, with fineness mark 925 and the mint mark 'A' (Münze Österreich, Vienna) positioned to the lower right of the portrait.
