Issued three years before the Games themselves, this piece belongs to the Monnaie de Paris' extended 2024 Olympic commemorative program — a multi-year licensing exercise that began well before Paris had finished building its venues. Tennis returns to the Olympics at Roland-Garros, the same clay courts that hosted the sport in 1900 and again from 1988 onward after a 64-year absence from the Olympic program.
